Arrival & Check in - Participant Info - general Tips

The reservation for the TangoSafari Klempowsee 2012 will start at 15 April 2012!


Arival & Check-in

We suggest to arrive by time so that you have enough time for your check-in before your first workshop starts. After ariving please come to the office for your check-in. Please bring your reservation and the confirmation mail of your booking. There you will get your festivalticket and if you are sleeping in a room you will receive a key by paying a deposit of 20.00 €.

Once you're all cozy, let's get started!

Friday  27.7.2012:
16.00 -22.00 o´clock

Wednesday 1.8.2012
09:30 - 13:30 o´clock
16:00 - 21:30 o´clock

Sunday: 5.8.2012  
09:30 - 14:30 o´clock

all other days (daily)
09:30 - 12:00 o´clock
18:00 - 20:00 o´clock

If something unexpected happens

In case you could not manage to come because of private trouble or thickness just send your best friend as replacement. If this option does not work out and you have to cancel the regulation is as follows:

  • If canceled up to four weeks before the beginning of the festival we will pay back your money minus a processing fee of 50,00 €
  • If it is less than 3 weeks until the beginning of the festival, we can only pay back 50% of the booking amount.
  • If it is less than 1 week until the beginning of the festival we can not pay back anything.

Own Towls
Tent, sleeping bag
Bedsheets (or can be rent for a fee of 6 € at the venue)
Dancingshoes
Comfortable cloth
Swimmingsuite and divingmask
warm cloth for any case
Mosquitostop
Instruments
good humor and of course your personal belongings ...


What else:

So that everyone feels fine and everything runs smoothly the surrounding has to be well prepared. We will do our best that everything works out fine but for any case we are happy about your suppot. Yust talk to us there is always something to be done :-)
