Without registration, we can not guarantee that you can participate in the festival. This also applies to short-term participants! We have limited capacity and sensible planning is otherwise impossible!

Booking process in general:

  • You send us the completed form with your personally assembled "dream package". Individual registrations are welcome.
  • After checking the capacity you will receive an email with a notification and information on the proceedings and payment.
  • Once your payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation of the receipt, so that the booking is perfect and your place is safed.
  • Instant participants book from 08/01/2011, must pay cash. Please wait in any case, first for the confirmation, we do not want to send anyone back home.
  • Workshops will be selected on site and paid for in cash. Always one day in advance workshop lists will be posted, in which you can subscribe yourself. So everyone has the opportunity to sign up for workshops.

Quick decisions are always welcome but registration is necessary:

Tickets for the Milongas / Balls are available at the box office. If there are still places of course you can also book individual days or packages and take part in the other festival offerings. Despite all the spontaneity, the earlier the better! For a secure food supply a lead time of two days is required.
