Price and Registration

Prices are split

The prices are splitt into two parts. One part for workshops, events and organisation and the second part for your stay at the Villa Godiola with board wich is to be payed separately at the location.

The participation fees are splitt in an amount for lessons, events and organisation as well as the second amount for lodging and catering which is to be paid directly on site. The journey is not included in the price and is to be organised individually. We help with pleasure in the flight search or in the seach for roommate. Please use the forum for your requests.

Workshops & Events - Sunday 8.5.2010 till Sunday 15.5.2011:

• 275 € for 14 hours of lessons (you can choose out of more than 50 workshops), 7 practicas, 5 milongas, 2 balls with show, concert and a big program at a great place. Further workshops can be booked at the venue.

Board and lodging is to be payed for separately at the venue:

• 350 € for 7 nights in Double room, including brunch, afternoon coffee and dinner
• 210 € for 7 nights in dorm room or tent, including brunch, afternoon coffee and dinner

Travel costs are not included, but we are happy to help in planning your trip.

Prices for single workshops, milongas and single days of participation:

In addition of joining the whole festival you can also take part at single events or stay just for one or two nights. Therefore the following price a valid:

• Single Workshop € 16 (more than 4 workshops 13 €/workshop)
• Milonga 5 €
• Ball 10 €
• Practica 5 €
• If you would like to stay over night you can stay in dormitory:
  39 €/night - with dinner, brunch and coffee & cake (sleeping in a dormitory or your one tend)
  If there are rooms left you can also stay in a doble- or singleroom (extracharge!)

We will send you a booking confirmation with further information about the payment and the nThe amount for the lodging and catering must be paid on site in bar. After payment entrance you receive a confirmation of your reservation with other infos.

If something interferes - resignation:

If for other circumstances in the end you are not able to come, however it is because you are clamped occupationally, private annoyance or you became even ill, the best solution would be yust to ask your best friend to replace you.

If this is not possible it depands on the date of your resignation how much money you will get paid back:
Till six weeks before departure 100% of your money (less a handling charge of 50.00€).
If these are less than 6 weeks up to the departure, we can pay back to you only 50% of the expenses
Less than 2 weeks before the beginning of the event unfortunately we can not pay back anything.

If you do not come to a Workshop, a Milonga or to other booked events because you have overslept, stood on the highway in the traffic jam or for other reasons, we cannot refund for you the deposit.
